These festivals are annual, semi-annual or first time events. Be sure to check their web site for the current dates.
Note: Be sure to check a festival's web site for latest information and dates, as not all festivals are annual or keep their site's updated until the last minute. The Festival by Month page has the festivals listed that are scheduled for the current year – or at least my attempt to list current festivals.
I totally rely on people associated with the festival for their dates and listing information. I do check the festival site periodically for additional information.
For more recent festival listings I've not included the dates as these are moving targets and too hard to keep up with - be sure to check the festival's web page for the most accurate and current dates.

It’s official and it’s unexpected: this year’s Ukulele Festival will be held from SEPTEMBER 4 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 7!
The time of year is changed and our neighborhood is new. We are commandeering the enormous and famous Firehouse in SOHO (Lafayette and Canal Sts.) where Democracy Now was recorded. Much more information will follow shortly, so please stay tuned to our website for the latest. Vendors, performers and friends are invited to join us in creating this as the greatest of all ukulele festivals.
nyukefes[email protected] has been revived to serve as our vehicle. Suggestions for films, performers, workshops, art and other media that relate to ukulele are actively sought to enhance this annual communal gathering. Here we go!
Content is always being added and updated. So check-in often. Thanks, Curt
