Born in Upper Saddle River, NJ in 1952, Ed began playing the guitar at age 12.
He studied with a fine local guitarist from Ramsey, Pat Vassalo and worked with him until he was sixteen. At that point, he took lessons with one of the areas best guitarists and banjo players, Bobby Domenic (uncle to jazz legend, Bucky Pizzarelli). Less than a year later Ed began studying under the guidance of Bucky Pizzarelli and started playing the 7 string guitar in 1969. Ed still studies with Bucky to this day.
In 1974 after graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ with Degree in Business, Ed went into his family’s business and married his wife of 31 years, Bonnie.
Bonnie is a graduate of Westminster Choir College and is a professional vocalist with many area choirs, most notably the famous Riverside Church choir in NY and her own A Cappella group, Sirene. After raising two children, Adam & Krystle-Lynn both he and Bonnie have returned to their music on a full time basis.
Ed is currently seen in local area restaurants and Jazz Clubs performing with one of New Jersey's finest guitarist’s, Lenny Argese of Paterson. Lenny also operates a professional recording studio in Paterson, BIOYA Studios.

(from artist's site) -
Lorne Lofsky is a Canadian guitarist living in the Toronto area. He started out as a typical teenage rock 'n roll guitar player, playing in basement bands and at high school dances. In his late teens, no longer enamored with playing blues based rock music, a friend turned him on to Miles Davis's classic disk "Kind of Blue". Hearing this record was, for Lorne, a musical revelation that led to a dramatic change is his approach to playing music.
Lorne was inspired to get together with like-minded friends, playing constantly, developing his chops and basic musical conception. Lorne began a more formal study of music while attending York University, in the mid 70's ('74/75), focusing on jazz theory and performance. He spent two years under the guidance of John Gittins and Bob Witmer.

Sylvain Luc
Paris, Ile-de-France
France

(from artist's site) -
In the Basque region, where Sylvain Luc is from, there is music within the crystalline air. And there is song: full; lyrical; primal. Here, music is in the head long before it is under the fingers. Sylvain’s genius lies in putting melody always at the forefront of his compositions. It is only later that we become aware of his internationally praised virtuosity as an instrumentalist. “Technique has never been my goal. Music is not a contest. You play music; you live music. Music should be shared — it shouldn’t divide people.”
Sylvain’s love of sharing begins in his hometown of Bayonne (on the Spanish border), in the heart of the ‘60’s, to the beat of his musical elders. They ring in his ears, along with the waltzes, gypsy melodies, Basque folk music, and popular songs that inform him.
