A Bridging Rock to Jazz Series of clinics and workshops covers the scales and chords you need to get started in jazz for a guitarist making the transition from a rock or blues background.

The material covered builds on a rock and blues guitarists familiarity with the common pentatonic scales used in rock, country and blues. Covers the essential scales used by jazz guitarists for creating melodies, jazz licks and improvisation. Details the types of chords and chord families used by jazz guitarists.

A Ukulele for Guitar Players clinic and/or workshop covers how you can relate you existing guitar knowledge of chords and scales on the guitar to the different sized ukuleles and tunings. You already know more about the ukulele than you think.

A 7 String Jazz Guitar clinic and/or workshop covers getting into the seven string guitar. This is a great instrument for all music settings – not just solo or non bass duo settings.
